In order make technology accessible and productive for people of India who speaks different Indian language , Microsoft India has provided new Phonetic keyboards in Indian languages to Windows 10 user as May 2019 updates. The new feature is available in 10 Indian languages including Hindi, Bangla, Tamil, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Odia, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. The new Indic Phonetic keyboards are in addition to the Indic Traditional INSCRIPT keyboards already available with Windows.

The keyboards now allow Indian users to work in their native/preferred languages unlike before when many of them had to purchase customized Indic hardware keyboards or stickers. This has made it simple for users to input transliterated Indic text using the existing keyboards which traditionally have Latin characters inscribed on them. Transliteration, unlike translation, automatically converts text from one script to another. For instance, if we type ‘Bharat’ in Latin characters, the Phonetic keyboard will transliterate final output to भारत (Hindi), ভারত (Bengali), ભારત (Gujarati) or ਭਾਰਤ (Punjabi) depending on the target language.

Setting up and using Indic Phonetic keyboards:
==================================
Go to Time & Language in Settings and select the language from the navigation menu
Click on the + icon labelled and add the preferred Indic language (by selecting into the search box and select it – for example “Hindi” and click on the next button and install the Indic language on the device, which will then return to the Language page)
Go to language page, select the language and then click the options button to go to language options page.

Add the keyboard by clicking the + icon and then select the type of keyboard
Lastly, enable the phonetic keyboard by clicking on the input indicator on the taskbar (or press the Windows key + Space) and select the Indic Phonetic keyboard
After adding the keyboard, one needs to download the dictionaries used for Indic Phonetic keyboard.

WhatsApp's Click to Chat feature allows you to begin a chat with someone without having their phone number saved in your phone's address book. As long as you know this person’s phone number, you can create a link that will allow you to start a chat with them. By clicking the link, a chat with the person automatically opens. Click to Chat works on both your phone and WhatsApp Web.

To create your own link, use https://wa.me/<number> where the <number> is a full phone number in international format. Omit any zeroes, brackets or dashes when adding the phone number in international format. For a detailed explanation on international numbers, read this article. Please keep in mind that this phone number must have an active account on WhatsApp.</number></number>
UIDAI has introduced an new updated 'QR code' on Aadhar card which will now have details like name, address, photo, and date of birth.Earlier Photograph was not embeded in QR code .For offline user verification can be done without providing the 12-digit aadhar number. number.

This would be especially handy for establishing the identity with non-statutory entities, say, the likes of online shopping portals when delivering goods.

Aadhaar holders can download and print their biometric ID with the QR code from the website of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) or its mobile app.
A QR code is a form of barcode label which contains machine-readable information.
Users can manually blacken the Aadhaar number and use the printout with the new QR code for establishing their identity, offline too.

For example, when an online shopping delivery delivers the item and delivery man asks for ID, Aadhaar holder can show him the printed QR code which when scanned (through an updated QR code reader on Aadhaar site) would read non-sensitive information. With this name, address, date of birth and photo, can be feteched and thus easily identity, It will also ensure that Aadhaar holder is genuine and not using any tampered ID documents.

Ajay Bhushan Pandey, CEO of Aadhaar-issuing body UIDAI, said: "The offline QR code is a landmark development which will allow everyone to establish their identity through offline verification without giving out Aadhaar number".
He added: "Only in those places where Aadhaar number is required under the law including banks, telecom companies, or for availing subsidies, one will have to go through the authentication process.

In this apps you need to create profile using your aadhar number. For this you need to have registered mobile number on your aadhar detail. Here you can add multiple aadhar information for your family member also for quick reference. To use this apps you need to set a password first.

Lets list out option and feature for this this apps

1) View Profile( Name ,Gender,DOB,Photo )
2) Address detail
3) Aadhar number
4 Share Profile : This is is very unique option which enables aadhar holder to share their profile information and address with service provider through QR code,Near Field communication (NFC),email. If you are going to share by email then it will contain a ZIP file which will have a data in XML format with all the relevant filed of Aadhar field

5) This apps also provide to lock bio metric option that means If you have lock the bio metric data then you cannot authenticate using your thumb and iris data.It is recommended to keep the bio metric lock disable which will help to authenticate e-KYC as when required by various agency. Further still someone whats to keep a lock on their bio metric then this is very good to keep the bio metric detail in lock mode . With the help of this apps you can enable lock mechanism and apply lock on your bio metric detail and whenever you require to authenticate using your bio-metric detail you can unlock it temporarily for 30 min. After 30 min it will automatically get locked.

The Best part I liked in this apps is Locking mechanism of Bio-metric detail which helps to keep bio-metric detail safe. Further there can me one more enhancement in this apps which will help to download Full PDF version of Aadhar. If user can download Aadhar in PDF on apps and and user can share this then it will be a one more handly way to share aadhar card.
The Yahoo chat service was introduced on 9 March 1998,which was very popular in those days. Slowly there was decline in user base eventually, with several new services rising to the fore, including Google Talk, social networks like Facebook, and smartphone chat apps like WhatsApp. Yahoo had announced a new version of Yahoo Messenger for mobile, the Web and in Yahoo Mail on the desktop in December 2015.

In a statement issue by Yahoo they said “This complete revamp brings users an incredibly fast, beautiful and smart way to send – and unsend – messages, photos, and animated GIFs in 1:1 and group conversations. While today we provide basic interoperation between the legacy product and the new Messenger, we encourage all of our users to complete their transition to the new Yahoo Messenger as we will no longer support the legacy platform as of August 5, 2016. We intend to continue our focused efforts on the new Messenger, with a goal of delivering the best experience to our users,”

Yahoo might integrate new features in the new version of Yahoo Messenger to compete with other messager services. The company said that the new version will be available on Windows and Mac.

The “Archived messages” that are now saved in the user’s Yahoo Mail, will also get deleted by August 5. Users can export them to laptop/desktop before the said date. Another service that gets discontinued is Yahoo Recommends. This will disappear by September 1, 2016. Instead, the company has asked the users to use Yahoo Gemini, a new monetization tool that provides publishers access to native advertising technology and high-quality ads.

Currently Adobe PDF may be the most popular document format on the web Now a days ebook lovers prefer the ePub format over PDF. The main difference between epub and PDF is that PDF documents have a static layout with fixed page but the layout of an ePUB document is “responsive” meaning it will automatically adjust for different screen sizes.

We can read an ePub book on your desktop or inside the Google Play Books app on your Android phone and they’ll look good. Also, since ePub files are essentially HTML5 documents under the hood, the text size and font family can be easily adjusted for an improved reading experience.

There are various Free Apps like Adobe Stanza and Calibre are popular desktop software for creating ePub ebooks. Google Drive provides interesting feature in the browser using Google Docs itself. All you need to just compase a document in Google Document, or upload an existing Microsoft Word file to your Google Drive, go to File menu and choose download as EPUB publication.

We get an ePub file that you can copy to your mobile phone or,which can be uploaded the ePub to the Google Books website and access the ebook from anywhere. You can even read it in the browser.
ePub files are readable on iPad, Nook and Google Play books but Amazon Kindle doesn’t support the ePub format but you can convert ePub into MOBI format that is supports Kindle.

Google has added a new feature to Gmail which will help you clean up your inbox . The two features are “Block Sender” and “Unsubscribe.” The block function is currently available via Gmail for web, and allows you to block people from sending you emails. When you block a email ID it will move all email to your spam folder, so you never have to look at them.
How to Block ?
In order to block someone, open up an email from sender, click the drop-down menu next to the reply arrow, and choose “Block Sender.”
Then it will ask for Confirmation that Incoming emails from sender will be moved to Spam.
The “Unsubscribe” feature is also very useful, and allows you to stop receiving promotional emails without having to navigate through complicated process to visit some third party website to unsubscribe
“Unsubscribe” is available on Gmail’s updated Android app (along with “Block Sender”), so if you’re an iOS or web user, you’re out of luck for the time being. But if you are an Android user who wants to unsubscribe, go to the promotional email, hit the “More” option (represented by the three vertical dots) in the top right corner, and choose “Unsubscribe.”

Google Handwriting Input is pretty simple and can be easily operated by a regular smartphone user. Go to the Play Store, download the app and mark it as your default keyboard. The Handwriting app recognizes fingers and stylus both. The best part is that it is really good at making sense out of any kind of handwriting regardless of its legibility. It also takes accurate input of numbers and special characters. The main attraction of this keyboard is that users can hand write the message and the keyboard will then convert it to text. It supports 82 languages along with Hindi. Handwritten message recognition is not exactly a new feature, as it has been there for a while and it works very well for the languages that are hard to type in a keyboard. This apps is compatible with 4.0.3 and above
The best part of this apps is that you can use this as default keyboard wherever there is keyboard input on any apps .
